TELESQUIB operates a strict but fair no-refund policy due to the nature of our services.
1. No Refunds After Onboarding
Once onboarding has started, all payments are non-refundable. This includes setup fees and monthly retainers.
2. Setup Fees
All setup fees are non-refundable as they cover time, tools, and system configuration.
3. Early Exit Consideration
If, before full deployment, we mutually agree that the service is not a good fit, we may offer:
Service credit, or
Early termination without further charges
This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
4. Charge backs
Unauthorized charge backs or payment disputes may result in immediate service termination.
